sara krishSara Krish is the Founder / President of Get Healthy Chicago and leader of THINK services. With a master’s in counseling and organizational psychology, her strength and passion lie in goal setting and personal growth. In addition to leading Get Healthy Chicago, Sara also works at lululemon athletica on the management team specializing in employee training and development. Her life-long interest in health and wellness, as well as a strong desire to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with her community was the motivating factor for the creation of Get Healthy Chicago. aaron j. browAaron J. Brow brings 13 years of internal and external human performance consulting to his position. He has an extensive background in strategic planning, organization development, talent acquisition, talent development and management. He is known for delivering high quality, customer focused solutions that improve business performance through people. He has a unique way of working with individuals and teams to address complex problems that yield improved business results. Aaron has worked with clients in executive and senior management positions in the retail, wholesale, technology, financial services and marketing industries. Aaron holds a BA in Business Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources. In addition, he holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources designation and an Executive Coaching certification. He is a member of professional organizations including Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training & Development, Human Resources Planning Society, Human Resources Management Association of Chicago, Human Capital Institute and the International Coach Federation.
Ashley AynJahraus was born on the North Shore of Chicago and now lives in the city. A proud graduate from Indiana University, Ashley now teaches on the North Shore and coaches 6th grade boys and girls basketball. Her passion has always been working with children, working with kids of all ages, training soccer, coaching volleyball, and partaking in sports herself. You can find Ashley playing intramural indoor and outdoor soccer in Chicago, as well as kickball. Yoga and running alongside Lake Michigan with her dog Xenu helps Ashley maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Since studying and living abroad in Perth, Australia for five months, Ashley’s passion for traveling has skyrocketed, backpacking Europe, and planning a trip to South America this summer and Africa for the winter holidays. Even though Ashley loves to travel, her home and heart will always be in Chicago. Kevin R. KrantzKevin R. Krantz currently is serving on the Board of Directors of Get Healthy America, NFP, and its divisions, including Get Healthy Chicago, as well as its general counsel. Kevin is a partner and member of the management committee of the Chicago law firm of Stahl Cowen Crowley Addis, LLC, where he practices in the areas of corporate law and business litigation. Kevin has been practicing law since 1991. Kevin’s professional practice includes representing businesses in the health and fitness industry. His clients include Power Plate, Performance Health Systems and Consumer Fitness Association, among others. In addition to his service as director of Get Healthy, Kevin serves on the board of Partnership for Cures, a medical research funding charity and the Standard Club of Chicago. Kevin regularly participates in a variety of sports and fitness activities, including triathlons, yoga, wakeboarding, skiing and golf. Kevin is married to Elizabeth, who is a choreographer and teacher with Special Gifts Theatre in Northbrook, Illinois and has two daughters, Alex, age 20 and Katy, age 16. Kevin’s interest in Get Healthy is motivated by the enthusiasm and energy of its founders, Sara and Rachel, and his interest in fitness as a means of reversing the rise in childhood obesity and its related health problems. meghan e. overmyer, maMeghan E. Overmyer, MA is an avid proponent of mind-body wellness through balanced mental health, nutrition, and fitness. Originally from a small horse farm in Zionsville, Indiana, she grew to appreciate the nourishment of natural foods and the benefits of physical activity from a young age. Meghan received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from Indiana University in Bloomington. While at IU, Meghan spent two years as a research assistant in a child development psychology lab. Meghan was a member of Alpha Phi Sorority, serving as Director of Philanthropy and later Director of Administration. She was part of the winning team for Alpha Phi in the 2005 Little Fifty running competition. After graduating IU with highest distinction and achieving membership into Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society, Meghan gained acceptance at The University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration. Graduating in 2008, Meghan successfully completed clinical social work internships at Chicago’s Center on Halsted and Highland Park Hospital’s Adolescent Psychiatry Unit. Meghan also worked with the Infant and Child Development Project at University of Chicago, and co-authored a research manual on coding child-parent language functions. She remained with this project, currently research manager. Meghan has also been a mentor through Big Brothers Big Sisters for the past five years and currently maintains contact with her Little Sis. Proud to work and live in the great city of Chicago, you can find Meghan exploring the local farmers’ market, street festivals, and sporting events. deborah D. sakelarisDeborah Sakelaris is a Professional Life Coach and Speaker.
