mishramishra h. keller

Mishra H. Keller lives in Chicago, Illinois. She is a professional dancer and certified yoga instructor and has been passionate about health and wellness for many years. While working in a chiropractic office, she became aware of how the body constantly strives for balance, how it creates disease and the power it has to heal itself if obstacles are removed and given the right environment. This experience inspired her to pursue a career in the health and wellness industry.  She received her training to practice Health Counseling at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, which is the the only nutrition school integrating all the different dietary theories—combining the knowledge of traditional philosophies with modern concepts like the USDA food pyramid, the glycemic index, the Zone and raw foods.

In June 2008, Ms. Keller graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) with dual certifications in Holistic Health Counseling from IIN and Columbia University.  She specializes in working with the dance and cheer industries and hopes to inspire others to live balanced, healthy and abundant lives.
