Right now the children of Chicago are in a health crisis. School lunches are unhealthy, activities are being cut out of the school budget and a sedentary lifestyle is becoming the norm. You can help! Get Healthy Chicago (GHC) is an organization promoting healthy living for all children and their families in and around Chicago at no cost. This newly formed organization, a registered 501(c)3 not-for-profit, is in dire need of funds to continue providing education, training and the tools for living healthy, long after our programs end. Armed with this knowledge, the children of Chicago and their families are given a chance to have a healthier and happier life.

To continue to provide free services to those who need it most, we need your financial support. Your contribution will go to one of the following areas:

Educational Materials
Healthy Snacks
Operational Support
Program Planning

You can help us raise the $10,000 needed by October 2009 for this school year’s programming! Whether you contribute $5 or $5,000 your support will allow us to continue to provide our programs to, and improve the lives of Chicago’s children and their families.
